Updated Pallet and Compost Bag Return Policy

To all of our customers:

This season we need to make a change to our pallet and compost bag return process. We are still offering refunds for the return of your branded Sod Guy pallets and undamaged compost bags. However we have implemented a new credit card charging system that has some limitations on refund timeframes.

The new process requires all pallets and bags be returned during the season they were purchased to get the refund processed.  If you still have older Sod Guy pallets and bags sitting around, we will accept pallets and bags from previous years through the end of the 2024 season only.
